‘He Tried To Have Sex With Me’ – UNILAG Student Confesses Over Death Of Super Tv CEO

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a student of University of Lagos for allegedly killing the Chief Executive Officer, Super TV, Usifo Ataga, in the Lekki area of the state.

The state Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, said the suspect – Chidinma has confessed to committing the crime.

Chidinma Adaora Ojukwu, 21-year-old 300-level student of the University of Lagos confessed to have stabbed Ataga after he tried to have sex with her.

“We normally have fun together, do drugs together, on that day.

“We were smoking together at the apartment where we lodged at Lekki when Usifo tried to have sex with me.

“This resulted to an argument, as he hit my head on the wall, and in retaliation i stabbed him twice, and he died.” Chidinma said.

Recall that Ataga, who reportedly lodged with a mistress at a hotel within the Lekki axis of Lagos State was found in his pool of blood after he was stabbed to death.

The sum of N5 million was said to have been withdrawn from his bank account and his phones and debit cards were also missing shortly after the incident.

It was also gathered that the owner of the apartment rented out to the late CEO had since been arrested and currently in police detention.
