By The Special Adviser to the Chairman, Board of Trustees at Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), Mr. Hakeem Onasanya has emerged as the ‘Youth Advocate of the Year’ at the second edition of the Lagos Youth Awards.
Onasanya, a 2019 AIG Scholar, won the category ahead of other nominees such as Abdulazeez Olumide, Ajayi Micheal Olawale and Regina Nwaenugwu.
He was presented with the award plaque by the Co-Founder of BBN360, the Convener of the Lagos Youth Awards, Kayode Badmus at the event held at Radisson Blu Hotel in the Ikeja area of Lagos on Friday, December 23.
Tagged “The Disruptors”, this edition of the Lagos Youth Awards honoured no fewer than 20 outstanding young people drawn from different fields such as medical services, law, tech, entrepreneurship, arts, entertainment, among others.
