Governor’s Dickson’s aide murdered by suspected assassins

Ebikimi Okoringa, an aide of the Bayelsa State Governor, Seriake Dickson has been murdered in cold blood BlackBox Nigeria has gathered.

Ebikimi was a victim of men suspected to be assassins who laid siege in his home and shot at him severally at close range killing him on the spot. The murderers after confirming his death were reported to have fled the scene.

Ebikimi Okoroinga who was a former acting chairman of Kolokuma/Opokuma LGA was only recently inaugurated as a Special Assistant to the Governor.

The incident happened on Monday, April 30, 2018 at around 10PM.

The state government while confirming the sad incident described the incident as an unfortunate one. Speaking in a statement, the Commissioner for Information, Daniel Iworiso-Markson disclosed that the government was working with relevant security agencies to unravel the killers.
