By Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State, has confirmed Lucky Ayedatiwa, as his running mate for the October 10 governorship election in the state.
Ayedatiwa, a former representative of the state on the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), hails from the Ilaje Local Government Area.
The Governor made the confirmation today, Wednesday, at the swearing-in ceremony of a new Commissioner, Idowu Otetubi, in Akure, the state capital.
Otetubi was a former factional Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State.
He later in May collapsed his executives with the faction led by Ade Adetimehin, to support the second term ambition of Governor Akeredolu.
