For great rankings, the Lagos State University is in the news again as it makes the list of institutions with highest return on investment in Nigeria. This is coming after it was ranked the Best State University in Nigeria by the NUC (2016).
This ranking was contained in the report of national ranking on return on investment.
The ranking was conducted by Stutern, Jobberman and BudgiT.
According to the research, the ranking was based on the average starting salary of the graduates and the average of tuition paid while in their respective institutions.
In the report, only two private universities made top twenty and they both seat at the bottom as they shared the 19th and 20th positions.
Lagos State University was ranked 3rd as it average tuition is N125,000.00 and average salary of N805,714.29 leaving it’s salary to tuition ratio at 6.44%.
