It was a glamorous day for both Old and present students of Eko boys’ high school, Mushin on Saturday as the school celebrated her 105 founders day anniversary at Hoare’s memorial Methodist cathedral, Yaba.
The event started at about 10:30 am and the opening prayer was said by “the very revd.E Oluwole and the first sermon of the day came from the book of Isaiah 42:1-9 while the second came from the book of Matthew 3:13-17.
Among the Ekorian present was the National president in person of Ekorian Idowu Shofola, Ekorian Kola Ibirogba, Captain Hobby, the treasurer Ekorian Layemo.
Eko boys’ Senior High School Principal, Mr B.A Adebowale and his counter part from the Junior School, Mr L. I Akinya Lead a delegation of 105 Students from both Senior (65) and Junior (40) school to the venue of the celebration.
The train also included the Vice principal Adminstation, Mrs Jaiyeola and her college in Academics, Mrs Ekpo. Not forgetting Mr T. O Goriola, Mr M. A Adeniran, Mr S. M Ogunyemi, Mr A. O Ajetunmobi, Mr A. L Ishola, Mr A. A Mustapha and Miss F. C Onwueme who ensured that the young lads were safely navigated to the event venue.
The event came to an end at exactly 12 noon after Ekorian Adeniji took the the Ekorian pledge.
