A Ghanaian man, Ebo Jesus, has sparked widespread attention after revealing that he is building a giant wooden ark in preparation to what he claims is a divine warning of a catastrophic flood.
In videos posted on YouTube and Instagram, Ebo said he received a revelation that a three-year deluge will begin on December 25, 2025, ending the world as it currently exists.
He said the project, named the “Ebo Noah Ark”, is 80% complete and is being constructed “under direct divine instruction.”
“Please, I’m on my knees; don’t let this pass. I said the 25th of December it will rain heavily, and we will stay in the boat for three years until the dove comes and tells us we have reached the promised land,” Ebo said.
Ebo also claimed that animals have already started gathering near the construction site, a detail he sees as confirmation of his prophecy.
Videos shared online show the large ark taking shape, drawing parallels to the biblical Noah, who built an ark to preserve life from a flood meant to cleanse the earth.
The prophecy and construction have generated mixed reactions across social media, with some dismissing it as a hoax while others say they are taking it seriously.
