By Two french Doctors went on live television, discussing on how a potential treatment against covid-19 would be first tested in Africa, where it is believed that people are not putting the necessary precautions in place to guide against the virus, “no masks, no treatment , no reanimation, the same way experimental treatments for AIDs was done on prostitutes,” one of the doctors yet to be identified by name said during the programme.
The planned test of the yet to unveiled vaccine was made known by a Twitter user, identified as Rim- Sarah Alouane. She wrote that the vaccine will be used experimentally on Africans in a bid to curb coronavirus pandemic.
However, the chief Executive of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, FCCPC, Babatunde Irukera, replying to the tweets urged them to come to Nigeria, but first ask about him and Pfizer or consult Google. His tweet reads : ” We will be looking out for you when you arrive. Please consult Pfizer for their experience with their TROVAN trial in Kano; 1996 resolved 14 years later in 2010. If you can’t find them, Google it. Whichever way, hide real well cos we are on the lookout if NIGERIA is on your radar”.
