Foundation Organises Medical Outreach For Residents of Ikorodu, Counsels on Diabetes, Hypertension, Cancer, HIV
The NEVER SAY NEVER FOUNDATION, a non-profit organization based in Ikorodu area of Lagos State yesterday, December 8, 2018, organized a Medical Outreach and free drugs distribution for not less than 200 residents of the community.
The event which took place inside the Sabo Ultra Modern Market, Ikorodu, had Dr Joshua Egbedimame; a practising Medical doctor from Ibadan, Oyo state, speaking to the residents about the need to be cautious of their medical status. He noted that early detection of any ailment can contribute significantly to the cure of such ailment before it degenerates.
Participants at the medical outreach benefited from the free diagnosis and Drugs for Malaria, Diabetes , Hypertension, Breast Screening and HIV testing.
In an appreciation text made available to BlackBox Nigeria, the Project Coordinator of Never Say Never Foundation, Olayinka Shojupe, gave kudos to the Founder of the Foundation, Princess Aderoju Ladega – Kiniun Ikorodu, and the Executive members ably led by Comr. Hammed Oloyede, the Subcommittee members of the Outreach, and Volunteers of NSNF for the donations channelled at ensuring the event was a success.
