Princess Aderenle Adeniran-Ogunsanya, a former Secretary to the Lagos State Government during the Babatunde Fashola administration, has died, BlackBox Nigeria reports.
Adeniran-Ogunsanya breathed her last in the early hours of Tuesday at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital. Though, further details about the reason for her death are still sketchy at the time of filing this report.
She was the first daughter of Prince Adeniran Ogunsanya, a prominent leader of the then NCNC who served as minister during the Tafawa Balewa regime.
The Ikorodu-born grassroots politician was the apex Chairperson of the Lagos4Lagos movement, a group of disgruntled members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State led by Dr. Olajide Adeniran better known as Jandor who recently defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
