By The immediate past Chief Judge of Kano State High Court of Justice, Shehu Atiku, was today buried in the state.
Justice Shehu Atiku died yesterday in Kano and his remains were interred at Umar Ibn KhattabMosque, on Monday morning, before internment according to Islamic rites.
The Public Relations Officer, Kano High Court, Baba Ibrahim Jibo, confirmed the death of the late jurist in a press statement, adding that the former CJ died of an undisclosed ailment.
The late jurist retired as the state Chief judge in 2015.
