Mr. Christopher Orji, an assistant director of the National Biotechnology Development Agency (NABDA), has reportedly committed suicide in Abuja.
According to Daily Trust, Orji’s corpse was found dangling from a rope tied to a ceiling fan in his apartment at the Federal Housing Authority Estate in Lugbe, Abuja, on August 30.
Meanwhile, the police is said to be investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of the 59-year-old.
However, it was learnt that the deceased had been invited by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on the same day his lifeless body was found.
