Fayose welcomes Okorocha to the league of EFCC alumni, awaits Amosun
Former Ekiti state Governor, Peter Ayodele Fayose has reacted to the reported arrest of the immediate past Governor of Imo, Rochas Okorocha.

News had earlier today gone viral that Okorocha has been picked up alongside his wife and members of his family even though the news remains unconfirmed.
In a subtle jab, Fayose who is a member of the PDP hilariously welcomed Okorocha as a member of the EFCC Alunmi. He didn’t stop there. He further called on the anti-graft agency to also been its search light on outgone Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun.

Fayose further advised the duo who have been having a running battle with their party, the ruling APC over their successors to follow his own path and surrender themselves to the EFCC.

“Just reading that Okorocha was arrested by EFCC. True or not, we knew this day will come.
However, I welcome him to the EFCC Alumni & enjoin the commission not to look away from Amosun too.
While I encourage them to surrender themselves as I did,I welcome Mr Okorocha to the club,” Fayose tweeted.

It would be recalled that both Okorocha and Amosun have been at loggerheads with the leadership of the APC over who succeeded them, a development which led to their suspension from the party post election.
