By Music lovers were left in awe on Friday night when Nigerian popstar, Wizkid in his typical nobody-saw-it-coming act showed up at the New Afrika Shrine.
The music superstar attended a show tagged ‘Love at the Shrine’ which was headlined by Afrobeat musician and Grammy nominee, Made Kuti.
Wizkid, who was received at the Shrine with loud cheers from well-wishers, shared videos from the event on his Instagram story.
To the delight of the already hyped-up fans, the singer also made a guest apprearance on the stage after he was welcomed by Afrobeat legend, Femi Kuti, the father of Made.
Taking to his Instagram page, Femi Kuti also shared pictures of himself, Made and Wizkid with the caption, “What a GREAT night at the Shrine @madekuti @wizkidayo. We really enjoyed ourselves #femikuti #wizkid #madekuti #Ararararara #Shrine.”
Wizkid recently ended his longtime rift with singer Davido, as they were seen hugging out their differences at the popular Quilox night club one Friday night in a video that surfaced online.
