By Fans have been left in shock after celebrated Nigerian rapper, Folarin Falana popularly known as Falz publicly announced that he has never been in love in his life.
The lawyer-turned-rapper made the revelation while speaking about his love life in a recent interview with media personality, Taymesan.
In the now-viral clip of the interview, the Ice Cream crooner disclosed that he has never utterred the expression, “I love you” to any woman, to the shock of his interviewer.
Falz said, “I’ve never been in love. I’ve never said to a woman, in a romantical way, that, ‘I’m in love with you’. I’ve never. I’ve never said I love you to a girl.”
The rapper’s revelation has since fuelled mixed reactions from fans on social media, leaving many to wonder why the 31-year-old musician chose to maintain such complicated love life.
It would be recalled that Falz was once rumoured to be romantically linked to his friend and fellow singer, Simi. However, the duo on a number of occasions denied the claims, insisting that they were mere friends.
The speculations about their purported love affair would later die a natural death when Simi got married to her long-time lover, Adekunle Gold.
