That celebrity marriages have a low life span in no longer news. This is because in recent years, celebrated marriages have continued to crash to the disappointment of fans and critics.

However, a new dimension has now started trailing celeb marriages as observed by BlackBox Nigeria editorial team.

In the past one year, three major celebrity marriages have hit the rock but not without shameful revelations being made by the affected celeb wives.

First it was superstar diva, Tiwa Savage who revealed in the wake of her public spat with enstranged hubby, Tunji Balogun aka Tbillz that she was once infected by him with a sexual disease.

Although they are now reportedly working on their relationship, this accusation went unchallenged despite Mr Balogun‘s attempted suicide.

Another celebrity marriage that packed up recently was that of media girl, Toke Makinwa whose husband welcomed a baby with a longtime sidechick Anita Solomon.

Toke didn’t just move out of her matrimonial home, she released an expository book which she titled ‘On Becoming’.

Like Tiwa, she also disclosed that her fitness expert hubby, Maje Ayida actually infected her with a sexually transmitted disease.

Unlike Tbillz however, Mr Ayida has come all out to deny these revelation. While he didn’t state anything categorically, he employed the services of a legal team who have now dragged the celebrated OAP to Court.

The latest in the STD scandal happen to be former controversial actress, Tonto Dike who shocked many after settling down to marriage life and dumping all her bad girl status entirely.

Tonto showed us the picture of a loving family consisting of a doting hubby and a contented wife while the fairytale lasted but alas, it all came back shattering at our feet when revelations emerged that Oladuni Churchill wasn’t really loyal after all.

From tales of an alleged affair with another actress CUM personal assistant to rumours of domestic violence, the marriage simply shattered weeks to their only child’s first birthday.

Like Tiwa and Toke, Tonto has also made that grave revelation of being infected with a STD by her husband while the marriage lasted.
