Expect New Cultural Image and Value of Lagos State – Commissioner for Tourism, Art and Culture, Shulamite Olufunke Adebolu
The newly sworn-in Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Art and Culture, Hon. Mrs. Shulamite Olufunke Adebolu as assured Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Lagosians that the cultural image and value of Lagos State will be known more through her leadership commitment.
Mrs. Adebolu stated this today while addressing Directors and staff of the Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Art and Culture.
In her goodwill message, she gave God the glory and honour for the great previlege, she said it is indeed good to serve God.
She thanked her Parent, Family and the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress APC Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who she termed as a rare father, mentor and role model worthy emulating.
“I want to assure you that I am here to run an open policy style where we will all be seeing ourselves as one.
No room for diffretiation, no room for a one Man show, our interest and effort must be collective in the sincere and best interest of the Ministry and our dear state.
Fortunately and luckily for this ministry, our Special Adviser, Mr. Bonu Solomon and our Permanent Secretary, Mr. Mesewaku are both from Badagry, the real face of Lagos Tourism. She said.
She further stated that her leadership will contribute significantly to the betterment of Lagos State Tourism, we will work together towards achieving the best out of Art and Culture in line with our Governor, His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu’s vision for greater Lagos.
People will know more of Lagos State from this ministry…
From day one, it’s going to be action, action and more of action.
We will fight, we will play, we will enjoy, all in the sense of taking Lagos Tourism Centre positively far and beyond the African continent.
