The Lagos Television has reportedly been off sir since Monday owing to technical issues.
According to a staff member who spoke exclusively to BlackBox Nigeria, the General Manager (GM) has remained unconcerned.
The source who spoke under the condition of anonymity said that the TV station has been off air since 3.30pm on Monday.
“The GM wasn’t even moved to come to the office. It has been the situation for the past two months. The entire complex is in darkness
“Staff are boiling for war and it might be embarrassing for the governor in this election year. It will even shock you that there had been no questions from Alausa or even the state governor, I doubt if they’re even aware since they prefer other stations to theirs.
“If Sanwo-Olu was like the Former Governor of Lagos State Akinwunmi Ambode that watches LTV, something would have happened,” the source said.
Lagos Television ( LTV) is located in Ikeja, Lagos, and owned by the Lagos State government.
Established In October, 1980, it was the first television station to be founded by a state government.
