Nigeria’s most capped player football player Joseph Yobo will join four time NPFL champions, Kano Pillars for the remained games of the season.
The former Everton, Norwich and Fernabache centre back recently signed a deal with the League Management Company (LMC) which will see him join a league side in a bid to boost fans attendance on match days.
The Sai Masu Gida battled Wikki tourist, Fc Ifeanyi Ubah and Oil rich Akwa United for the services of the veteran defender.
The Chairman of the LMC Mallam Shehu Dikko confirmed the legend’s destination when answering some questions “Kano Pillars”, Dikko replied when we asked him which club Yobo will eventually play for in his celebrated return to the Nigerian domestic top flight.
He further added “For now, that is being worked out, but we’re looking at the next (home) game,”.
