The police has charged a former Governor of Imo State, Ikedi Ohakim, with fraud and giving false information, today.
The office of the Inspector General of Police,filed the case marked dated September 23, 2020, at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja.
The case, which was signed by Stanley Nwodo, contained three counts.
In one of the counts, Ohakim was accused of giving false information against one Chinyere Amuchienwa that she threatened him with a gun knowing it to be false, also the “derogatory” use of the name of Raji Fashola as the owner of a piece of land situated in Ikeja, Lagos State.
