On your mark, get set, go (not, get ready).
Hip, hip, hooray (not, hip, hip, hip). This exclamation of congratulations is said in response to a call for three cheers for a person. The three cheers are: hip, hip, hooray!
Show your paces (not, show yourself). If you make people go through or show their paces, you get them to show you how well they can do something.
Men don’t cry in public (not, in the public).
