The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that voting would not be held in 240 polling units during the general election scheduled to take place in less than 12 days.
According to Ripples Nigeria, the INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, stated this at a meeting with leaders of political parties on Monday.
Yakubu stated nobody chose to vote in these polling units.
