The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Thursday arraigned one Ado Adamu before Justice Hadiza Suleiman of State High Court, Kano, on a one count charge bordering on Criminal Breach of Trust.
Blackbox Nigeria gathered that the accused was alleged to have been entrusted for the supply ofn15 trucks of fertilizer valued at about N26 Million, but failed to honor the agreement after collecting the sum.
The offense is contrary to section 311 of the penal code law (CAP. 89 laws of Northern Nigerian 1963) and punishable under section 312 of the same law.
