An aggrieved constituent of Ikorodu division has called out Governor Akinwunmi Ambode following the denial of the government apparatus in respect of the demolished shops at the Sabo Market in the local government.
Sulaimon Mojeed-Sanni took to his Twitter account (@OmoMojeed) to question the position of the Governor following the demolition of shops that has put many out of businesses. As at the last count, not less that 2 person have been reported dead due to the after shock of the demolition.
It will be recalled that BBN reported that the Traders of Sabo Market a day before the demolition had a meeting with the Deputy Governor and a Commissioner who assured them the demolition will not take place only for it to be done overnight.
Mojeed-Sanni also stated that the denial of the State Government will dent Ambode’s integrity campaign if the people who carried out the destruction are not eventually apprehended.
In the numbered tweets, Mojeed-Sanni also alluded to the nonchalant attitude of the Ambode led administration in other vices of killing and cultism perpetrated in Ikorodu with no government intervention.
