By President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday appreciated all the State Governors for its support while he was away in London and explained that the barring of Governors to come and pay visit to him during his vacation was a move not to allow the Government be moved from Abuja to London.
President Buhari stated this during the National Economic Council meeting in State House Abuja on Thursday.
The President used the opportunity created by the NEC meeting to address the Governors’ Forum and appreciated their concerns when he was on vacation in London.
Buhari also promised the State Governors rpoper funding which will enable them to at least pay salaries of workers so every family can at least feed when salaries are paid on time.
In the presence of other State Governors, the Chairman of the Forum, Governor Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara State presented the President with a magnificent greeting card donated by the Governors.
