Information reaching BlackBox Nigeria has it that the Deputy Speaker, Yobe State House of Assembly, Dr. Garba Ibrahim Kurmi is dead.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that he passed on in the late hours of yesterday, Monday February 18th 2019, following a protracted illness.
