Afrobeat sensation Davido has reportedly set his endorsement fee at a staggering $5 million for a year-long commitment.
The artist’s team made this revelation in response to an inquiry by Billpoint CEO, Linus Williams, as disclosed in an Instagram post yesterday.
In the post titled “Re: Endorsement Deal Inquiry,” Billpoint CEO, Linus Williams, thanked Mr. Williams for his email and provided the details of Davido’s endorsement fee.
The fee, amounting to $5 million for a full calendar year, is subject to review at the end of the endorsement period. The post further urged Mr. Williams to specify his preferred course of action.
Initially, it was revealed that Linus Williams had prepared an impressive sum of N150 million (approximately $205,000) for the potential endorsement deal.
