Information reaching BlackBox Nigeria has it that the Independent National Electoral Commission, Ikorodu Local Government Area office is currently besieged by a crowd of registered voters in the bid to get their Permanent Voters’ Card, PVC that will enable them exercise their franchise at the forthcoming February Saturday 16th presidential and March 2nd governorship election.

This development may not be unconnected to the recent announcement of INEC on the extension of the date for PVC collection which will elapse tomorrow Friday February 8th 2019.
With the throng of registered voters, one is forced to wonder if all concerned will get their PVC before next week’s election.
