COVID-19 NCDC records 30 cases in Nigeria

The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control has confirmed 30 cases of the novel corona virus pandemic in the country.

Blackboxnigeria gathered from an update posted on NCDC’s website that Abuja, which had one case early Sunday morning, now have four cases, while Ekiti has one recorded case and Lagos 22 recorded cases.

Another COVID-19 case was also confirmed in Oyo state on Sunday morning, when a United Kingdom returnee who had been in self-isolation in Boddija area of Ibadan was tested positive to the virus.

“Three cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Lagos, Nigeria, two cases are returning travelers and one is a contact of a confirmed case.

“As of 05:28 pm on Sunday, 22nd of march, there are 30 confirmed cases of the COVID-19 pandemic with two discharges and zero deaths recorded” NCDC says.
