The Nigeria Center for Disease Control has confirmed 12 new cases of the novel COVID-19 pandemic.
Blackboxnigeria learnt that 9 were recorded in Osun State, 2 in Edo State and 1 in Ekiti State.
“As at 12:30pm, 1st April there are 151 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria” NCDC said.
The novel COVID-19 pandemic which was first identified in China has now spread across the globe, with 82 cases recorded in Lagos State, 28 cases recorded in Abuja, 9 cases in Osun State, 8 cases in Oyo state, 4 cases in Ogun state, 4 cases in Edo state, 2 cases in Ekiti, 3 cases in Kaduna, 2 cases in Enugu, 2 cases in Bauchi , and 1 case in Rivers and Benue state respectively.
