Dr Tunde Ajayi, Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Health, on Thursday disclosed that six of the patients at the Infectious Disease Hospital have recovered.
This was confirmed on the Twitter handle of Dr Ajayi where he wrote:
“Six of our #COVID19 inpatients have recovered and will be discharged soon. There is something Lagos is doing right. Lagos takes the lead.”
Blackboxnigeria reported earlier that the Nigeria Center for Disease Control had confirmed 51 cases of the novel COVID-19, with one recorded death and two discharges.
