By The Lagos State Government, Sunday, announced the death of three COVID-19 patients as well as the recovery and discharge of 22 patients from the state’s isolation center.
The death of the trio now makes a total of 28 COVID-19 deaths and discharged of 247 patients in the state.
The Lagos State Ministry of Health, while making the disclosure via its Twitter handle, said:
“As of May 2, 2020, 62 new cases of COVID-19 Infection were confirmed in the state, making a total of 1,084 confirmed cases. 22 COVID-19 Lagos patients were discharged. Total discharged now 247.
“Unfortunately, three COVID-19 deaths were recorded. This brings the total number of COVID-19 related deaths in Lagos to 28.”
