By Council Chairman Doles Out Plots Of Land To Party Faithfuls in Ikorodu, Says It Is Compensation For Hardwork
In what still seems like a fairytale, the Executive Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, Hon. Wasiu Adesina, gifted landed properties situated in Oke-Lisa Gberigbe area of the local government to 12 Ward Leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC) in Ikorodu.
The half-plot of land distribution which took place yesterday, February 25, 2020, BlackBox Nigeria gathered was a magnanimous gift from the Chairman in “fulfilment of his promise and an opportunity to commend hard work.”
In order to ascertain their ownership and avoid having issues on the land in the future, Chairman and the beneficiaries went to the land to take possession and met with the Chiefs in the area who also affirmed they are possessing the lands.
“The Baale confirmed to the beneficiaries their rightful ownership of the allotted lands. He advised them to fence the land for security purpose, ” reads a statement released from the Chairman’s office.
Among the beneficiaries are Fadehan E. Abosede, Alh Salahudeen M. Ayodele, Soyebo Adegbenga Andrew, Raji Fatai Adeshina, Mutiat Balogun Orelesi, Ijelu Kamorudeen Adewale, Mutiat Tijani, Olusegun Adejare, Isiaka Kolawole, Olalekan Ade, Osuolale Ebuoso Shokunbi, Tijani Muniru Owolabi.

HONOURABLE WASIU ADESINA REWARDS HARDWORK, PARTY FAITHFULS WITH HALF PLOT OF LANDS
The Executive Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government Hon. Wasiu Adeshina magnanimously gave half-plot of lands to Wards Leaders yesterday, 25th February 2020.
This is in fulfilment of his promise and an opportunity to commend hard work.
The property is situated in Oke-Lisa Gberigbe.
However, the Chairman and the beneficiaries met with the Chiefs in the area. The Baale confirmed to the beneficiaries their rightful ownership of the allotted lands. He advised them to fence the land for security purpose.
The event saw the presentation of the receipts of the lands to the beneficiaries.
