By The Rivers State Police Command have paraded one pastor for raping his teenage neighbour who went to his apartment to collect needle and thread earlier borrowed from them.
The 47year-old pastor was arrested by the Divisional Police Officer of Rumuorlumeni, SP Kingsley Chukwuegu after he raped and impregnated the under age girl.
In a video shared by the Police authority, the suspect admitted to the crime.
