By ‘Come Forward With Evidence’ -Atiku Charges On Corruption Allegations
Nigeria’s former Vice president, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has launched a challenge for every Nigerian that have evidence of corrupt act against his person. He was reacting to claims by some people who claimed he is guilty of corruption charges.
Atiku, who was Vice President between the period of 1999 and 2007 took to his verified Twitter page to challenge anyone with a case against him to bring it forward.
He had earlier pledged to put up a fight against corruption better than the way the current administration led by President Muhammadu Buhari is battling with the surge which have bitten deep in all the sectors of economy in the country. A certain report linked corruption cases against him which has now forced him on launch the challenge.
As 2019 draws nearer, politicians who have been getting ready are already rooting for their preferred candidate of choice, which Atiku has been appearing top of the list. He is a prominent member and chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress.
