By Celebrity Singer, Simi Promises To Attend A Twitter User’s Wedding Without Pay, Pays For Wedding Suit
Simisola “Simi” Ogunleye, one of Nigeria’s queens of the microphone is currently generating reactions on twitter following her decision to grace the wedding of a Twitter user who said his wife-to-be is a fan of the singer and songwriter but he knows he cannot afford her price.
Tweeting from the handle @theLamzyy, he wrote, “Dear @SympLySimi my wife loves your music and she would always talk about how beautiful it would be if you could make it to our wedding, but I know I can’t afford you. 😞 Or maybe we could do it the twitter way, I’m willing to do anything you ask. 🙏”.
To his surprise, Simi asked when is the wedding and when Lamzy replied August 31st, 2019, she responded that he should send a DM (Direct Message) to her.
Following there inbox conversation, another handle @mrmanjustdoit early this morning commented under the innocent request that Simi has asked for the location of the wedding and also request to foot the bill for the wedding suit.
“She just asked for the location of the wedding and for your wedding suit on the house(FOC) if you haven’t gotten your suit for the day will do that @Paynegrade2 send your size and color code for proper styling✍️.”
This gesture has been generating comments on the mini-blogging site with many praising the singer for her down to earth compassion.
