Nigerians celebrates as the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, returned to Nigeria at 6:00 p.m after the United Kingdom trip.
In a tweet on Thursday, presidential aide on digital communications, Bashir Ahmad, said Tinubu had returned to Abuja.
Tinubu was received by a delegation led by his running mate Senator Kashim Shettima, and former APC chairman Adams Oshiomhole among others as he alighted from the plane that conveyed him.
Recall that there have been rumours that the candidate was holed up sick in London and would not return soon to commence campaigns for next year’s election but it was denied that he was in London to get some rest before the campaigns start.
