Renowned Nigerian content creator and skit maker Taaooma, alongside her husband Abula, recently confirmed the arrival of their first child.
The couple shared the joyous news on December 5, 2024, through a collaborative Instagram post, revealing that their baby girl, Amani Korede Makeda Greene, was born on November 7, 2024.
The announcement featured a glimpse of the newborn and sparked a wave of excitement on social media. Friends, fans, and colleagues flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages.
Singer Teni joyfully wrote, “Congratulations!!!!! Omotuntun jojolo,” while fellow content creator Emma Ohmygod exclaimed, “Omoooooooo! Una do this one!!” Actress Nkechi Blessing also joined in, saying, “Omg😩😍 big big congratulations Tao👏🏻👏🏻❤️💃🏻💃🏻.”
Taaooma and Abula’s love story began in Ilorin, Kwara State, during Abula’s NYSC year. Their shared passion for filming and editing brought them closer. In 2020, Abula proposed in Namibia, a place dear to Taaooma as it was where she grew up.
Recalling the memorable moment, Taaooma shared, “The proposal came as a shock to me because I had no clue he was planning this right under my nose. I remember he gave me something to try on my hands, not knowing it was a ring sizer! It was an amazing feeling getting to the rooftop and seeing all my friends, and of course, saying yes to my best friend.”
The couple tied the knot in January 2021 but kept their marriage private until their first wedding anniversary, when they shared the milestone with fans. Now, their once-cozy duo has blossomed into a happy family of three.
