Award winning Afrobeats star Burna Boy has been accused of leading a group assault on DJ Tunez following a reported altercation at a Lagos nightlife spot yesterday.
Viral videos and eyewitness accounts circulating on social media suggest that the singer and members of his entourage confronted DJ Tunez during a late-night outing, with some claims alleging that the DJ was physically attacked by the group.

Clips shared online appear to show a chaotic scene, with multiple individuals involved in what witnesses described as a heated confrontation that escalated into violence.
Several social media posts further claimed that members of Burna Boy’s crew carried out the attack, though details surrounding the trigger of the clash remain unclear.
Accounts of the incident vary, with some suggesting the dispute may be linked to long-standing tensions between Burna Boy and associates of fellow Afrobeats star Wizkid, while others claim the altercation began over music selection at the venue.
Despite the widespread circulation of the reports, there has been no official confirmation from either Burna Boy or DJ Tunez regarding the alleged assault.
Authorities have also not issued any statement, and no police report has been made public as of the time of filing this report.
