By Buhari Meets With 36 State Governors, APC And PDP Chieftains
President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday met with the 36 State Governors at the presidential villa, Abuja. The meeting was the first since his return into the country after his medical vacation in London.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the State Executives were invited on the orders of the President. The meeting was well attended by the governors.
Earlier in the day, President Buhari also met with leadership of the two main political parties in the country; the All Progressives Congress and People’s Democratic Party.
The two parties were led by Chief John Odigie-Oyegun (APC) and Senator Ahmed Makarfi (PDP). They both had a closed door session with the president.
The outcome of both meeting is yet to be disclosed as at the time of filing this report.
