The mastermind of the Senate Mace theft, suspended Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has been arrested BlackBox Nigeria can confirm.

This is coming as BBN further gathered that three other members of the squad that perpetuated the act have also been apprehended.

The embattled lawmaker who represents Delta Central Senatorial district was moments ago arrested by the Nigerian Police. Omo-Agege was whisked away by security operatives for leading hoodlums into the Senate Chambers to steal the Mace which is the symbol of authority of the upper legislative arm.
