By Breaking! Gbajabiamila Orders Akpabio To Publish Names Of Lawmakers Who Got NDDC Contracts Within 48hrs
The Speaker of House of Representatives, RT Hon Femi Gbajabiamila has ordered Minister of Niger Delta, Senator Godswill Akpabio to publish the details of lawmakers who are beneficiaries of contracts at the Niger Deltans Development Commission.
It will be recalled that a mild drama was witnessed during the public hearing of the House Committee on NDDC on Monday when Minister Akpabio testified before the lawmakers and alleged that the National Assembly were the most beneficiaries of sleazy contracts awarded by the development commission, which the lawmakers are currently probing its spending and activities.
Reacting to the allegations, the House through its helmsman ordered Senator Akpabio to publish details of all lawmakers that got contract from the NDDC within 48hrs.
