The executive chairman of Badagry local government Hon. Onilude Olusegun has announced his minor cabinet reshuffle.
This is in line with the chairman’s intention to further energize the machinery of his government as well as providing meaningful services to the good people of Badagry local government.
A statement by the Chief Secretary to Badagry Local government chairman, Mr Samuel Olalekan Sewedo said five cabinet members that is affected by the reshuffle include Mr. Gbewa Sunday has been moved to Budget and statistics as supervisory councilor; Mr. David Julius has been moved to Department of works and infrastructure as supervisory councillor; Mr. Akojenu Senayon has been moved to Department of Agric and social services as Supervisory Councillor and Mr. Apata Nunayon’s portfolio has been changed to supervisor for environment and Tourism. It also note that the Vice Chairman, Hon. Andrew Akotomeh will oversee the Department of education and library services.
In a memo signed by the secretary to the local government, Mr. Kamorudeen Ajape, the posting takes immediate effect and the transferred supervisors are expected to prepare handing over note to the new ones.
