In a bid to strengthen community ties and contribute to educational empowerment, Ayodeji Rilwan Tinubu, a chairmanship aspirant for Lagos Mainland Local Government Area, has announced an educational support initiative.
During his recent birthday celebration, Tinubu said he received generous donation from the Committee of Friends for ART 25, and he is channeling this support into organizing a three-month free Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) coaching program for eligible students in Lagos Mainland.
Expressing gratitude for the warmth and generosity extended to him, Tinubu emphasized the importance of investing in the education of young minds. He believes that preparing students for success goes beyond providing free exam forms; it involves ensuring that they are well-equipped to excel in their academic pursuits.
The Youth Development and Education Support initiative, slated to run from February 5th to April 24th, 2024, will provide free coaching sessions and Computer-Based Test (CBT) training for registered and punctual students. This philanthropic campaign aligns with Tinubu’s commitment to community development and educational advancement.
Sponsored by friends of The He-ART 25 Committee, the program aims to benefit 200 students within the Lagos Mainland local government area. The initiative will be managed by the Centre for Youth Development and Skill Acquisition.
