Animal Enthusiast Arojinle has publicly lectured Wizkid on the biological behaviour of pigs, following a cryptic post by the singer that many interpreted as a continuation of his ongoing feud with Afrobeat musician Seun Kuti.
Wizkid had earlier taken to X with a post reading, “Never go back and forth with a pig that lives in the mud. 2026 get yours!”
The message, though indirect, quickly sparked reactions online, with fans linking it to recent criticisms levelled against him by Seun Kuti over issues surrounding Afrobeat superiority.
Reacting to the post, Arojinle wrote a lengthy response in which he appeared to lecture the singer on what he described as a common misconception about pigs.
According to him, pigs do not naturally “live” in mud, but rather wallow in it as a survival mechanism. He explained that pigs lack functional sweat glands and therefore use mud to regulate their body temperature and protect themselves from parasites such as flies and ticks.
Arojinle noted that while he understood Wizkid’s intended metaphor, he chose to use the moment to “enlighten” the public, adding an educational tone to what had otherwise been a heated exchange.
His post quickly gained attention, drawing mixed reactions from social media users.
While some users praised Arojinle for turning the exchange into a learning moment, others criticised him for taking the singer’s statement too literally, insisting that Wizkid’s comment was clearly figurative.
The development adds another layer to the ongoing online tension between Wizkid and Seun Kuti, which has seen both sides attract support from fans and commentators alike.
