By Another Lawmaker, Osinowo Dies Of COVID19 In Lagos
Yet another lawmaker, Senator Bayo Osinowo has been reported dead of the novel coronavirus disease, COVID19 at age 65.
A source in Lagos disclosed to BlackBox Nigeria that the lawmaker has been receiving treatment at the intensive care unit of First Cardiologist Hospital, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Attempts made by BlackBox Nigeria to speak with an aide of the lawmaker was abortive as several calls and text messages were not responded to as there are also reports that the lawmaker died of cardiac arrest while receiving treatment at the hospital in Ikoyi.
Senator Osinowo, popularly referred to as Peperito was sworn into office as Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District in June 2019 after his election victory on the platform of the All Progressive Congress. He replaced the incumbent lawmaker then, Senator Gbenga Ashafa.
