By Less than five years after a messy separation from her enstranged husband Lanre Gentry, Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has found love again.
The movie star set tongues wagging on social media when she finally revealed the identity of her new found love, confirming their long rumoured relationship.
The mother-of-two took to her Instagram page on Sunday to celebrate her new man, Kazim Adeoti on his birthday. Sharing a loved-up photo, the excited Aigbe gushed over him, describing Adeoti as her “boo”.
“It’s my Boo’s birthday in a bit Cc @kazimadeoti thank you for being amazing ,” she wrote.
This revelation comes after months of speculations over the actress’ relationship with Adeoti, the founder of the popular online movie streaming service, IbakaTV. Report has it that he is married with four kids.
Recall that in 2021, Aigbe broke the internet after she flaunted her engagement ring on Instagram, further fueling rumours about her complicated love life.
“Finally I said Yes to ‘D’ Owner Thank you, God, of many chances,” she captioned the photo.
Interestingly, the actress, her new man, and her enstranged husband, Lanre Gentry have a history together. Before Aigbe’s marriage to Gentry hit the rocks in 2017 over allegations of abuse and infidelity, Adeoti was a close friend of their family — as confirmed by Gentry in an Instagram post.
After they went separate ways from the union which produced a son, Gentry remarried in September 2021, while Aigbe reportedly tied the knot with Adeoti in a secret wedding before the grand revelation on Sunday.
