Abiru, Adeduntan, Elegushi, others nominated for Lagos State Man of the Year

The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Industries and Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District, Tokunbo Abiru has been nominated for the Lagos State Man of the Year Award (LASMAYA) 2022.

The prestigious award, which is determined by public voting, is conceptualized and organized by the Centre for Policy Development and Political Studies “to identify, recognize, and project genuine role models in the Centre of Excellence”.

Also nominated for the eleventh edition of LASMAYA are the Commissioner for Home Affairs, Lagos State, Anofi Olanrewaju Elegushi; Special Adviser on Education to the Lagos State governor, Tokunbo Wahab; Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osanyintolu; General Manager, Lagos State Infrastructure Asset Management Agency (LASIAMA), Adenike Adekanbi.

Others are Managing Director/CEO, First Bank Group, Adebola Kazeem Adeduntan; Dr. Adekunle Olubola Hassan, Founder, Chairman & CMD of Summit Healthcare Hospital Ltd; Managing Director/CEO, Central Securities Clearing System, Haruna Jalo-Waziri; CEO/Chairman, Commonsense Group, Olumide Emmanuel; Group Managing Director/ CEO, Halogen Group, Wale Olaoye.
