The Lagos state ferry services, Wednesday recorded an historic moment as she commuted her 60, 000 passenger.
The two passengers who completed the 59, 998 are the former Lagos state governor, Babatunde Fashola and Mrs Caroline Ateboh.
The duo who were commuted from CMS/Marina to Ikorodu summed the passenger list of LAGFERRY since govenor Babajide launched its commercial operation on February 4, 2020.
Some of the LAGFERRY officials, while speaking with Blackboxnigeria said that they arrived at that inspiring level with the passionate support and steady commitment from Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and his result-oriented team which made the water transportation system as a reliable and safe Lagosians.
Today makes it the 77th day since the ferry has been in operation, with 1822 hours of operation, 2617 cumulative numbers of trips, and 73623km covered.
