One Raphel Mbanyereude, alias Papa Okoye, 75, of Okija street, has been arrested for allegedly raping 2 siblings aged, 2 and 4 respectively.
The arrest was made following a formal complaint to police operatives attached to the Okija Division, Anambra state.
The dastardly act was discovered by the children’s mother when she saw them crying while holding their private parts, she proceeded to check them only to discover the private parts reddish while it was discharging water.
Blackbox Nigeria gathered that the victims were taken to the hospital for medical examination where laceration of their hymen was confirmed.
The suspect however voluntarily confessed to the crime.
